5. AI-Generated Analysis

ChartlyticAI generates analysis using artificial intelligence. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You acknowledge that AI analysis is not guaranteed to be accurate, may misinterpret uploaded images, and does not guarantee any financial result.

8. Token Validity

Tokens are valid for one year from the date of purchase and expire after the applicable validity period. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and are intended only for use within the ChartlyticAI Service.
